Here are a list of resources if you're interested in food, food systems, farming, the environment, etc.. It takes a while to create all the links so, this is a work in progress but I'll have a bunch more up shortly. So check back soon!

- Peta Vegan and Vegetarian Recipes (I'm not a fan of peta, but they do have some useful resources, like a recipe page)
- Article: Is Your Medicine Vegan? Probably Not NPR
- Future of Food (This is on Bill Gates' blog. He feels that meat replacements are the future. I don't exactly agree that they should be. I never felt the need to replace meat, but I think it's an interesting topic.)
